As far as I know, the sale is still going forward. As to the sale, the Receiver, on June 30th, filed a notice of withdrawal of his motion for bid procedures (since no other bids were received). In the notice is states that an order to approve the sale was submitted (I saw a draft about a week ago). It may be that someone got wind of the withdrawal of the motion to set bid procedures and thought that was the sale.
