Our Next Meeting January 07,2012

December 30, 2011

Yes; our next meeting will be January 07, 2012, at 4:00. We need to have extra eyes on our streets. Keep your eyes and ears open, kids are hitting cars, they are hitting mostly Scott, but James and Lynn too. The police were here and the kids ran into the woods, and the cops wouldn’t chase them. If you have kids, you may want to talk to them on how serious this is!

December 17, 2011 Meeting

December 17, 2011

I would like to thank Mike for fixing the furnace. GREAT JOB MIKE! We started with our regular private talks, then we started with Mary reading the minutes. Then Elsa gave our Treasure report. I talked about a few people were interested in our community. We will have to wait and see if this auction is better than the last one. Just remember that date is February 09,2012 it’s not that far away.

My opinion is the bank will collect all the money they can so they can show their procedure on makeing money, and the bank will have to take a hit on the cost, if they want to get out from underneath of this mess. They will be working on the best way to cover their lost. The people would like to see stickers issued to each home so we know that they live in the community, by putting the sticker on there mirror in their car. The neighborhood watch could have a better knowledge of who is who. So many people keep coming and going. That will be a good way to watch or control the flow of cars, until there is a control of the community. I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years, from the board. See you at our next meeting January 07,2012.

Liberty Neighborhood watch Program

December 9, 2011

Trespassing: can be combated with our mutual efforts.
Report/Describe/Keep Watch. Learn ways to support our local police
force and assist neighbors in reducing community trespassers.

· Reported Theft can help fight community issues. Work with local
businesses, such as Wal-Mart, to assist in creating a rap-sheet against community predators that take advantage of our community’s
blind eye and negligence.

Let’s TAKE A STAND and take our community

Noise Pollution is unacceptable per Liberty’s Noise Ordinance. Work
with your neighbors in reporting and protecting the peace of your neighborhood.

Speeding: though our local streets will be a thing of the past once we
have made a community decision to report and assist in the unsafe
practices threatening our streets pedestrians.

Squatting and the Sale of Illegal Substances will be forced out of
our community through mutual focus and diligence. Uncover ways that
will bring our community back from ruin.

· Vandalism will not occur under our community’s watchful eye.
Support your neighbors ∧ Report

Our last meeting Dec. 03, 2011

December 6, 2011

Before our meeting was started by Leann and Debbie Garza, when they came in with a BIRTHDAY CAKE for my wife Penny. That was a big surprise to us all. We had many private talks. Then I opened the meeting with the last months minutes were read by Mary. Then I talked about the pot holes coming back already. We need to have a better control of what is happening in our community. The Twp. is having great concerns on what is happening here also. The south side of the Twp. are having many break in’s in many area’s there. They are starting patrols over there and are using our ways of our neighborhood watch. The police say if you have strange people coming into your area that you don’t know is to try to get the license plate number. suggestion was to have stickers made up for the people living here to put in there cars.Homes that are empty are being ripped off in minutes of copper pipes etc. Messages and phone calls have been sent to the owners for there help on information on how soon we will know what is happening to our community. No one is responding yet. It is time we get answers!!! We are finding that police reports are being made for loud music, we also need to watch out for false reports! Only give of what you know to be true and that you witnessed.

Going for Grants and Donations

December 6, 2011

I’m in the process of going for donations from the public to help support our association. We are in desperate need of fixing up our community. I would like to see a better play ground for our kids in the community. To give back our community to our teens to have socials. We need help with the seniors in giving help for there needs such as repairs to their homes. I would really like to make our community a co-op. I would need about 2 million dollars first, I just can’t reach into my pocket and say here. If I can find a source of funds to help through grants, or donations they can make out all checks to PVI and send to PVI at 1 Louise Lane, Girard, Oh. 44420. thx Jim
